College of Computer Science and Business Communications eMPIRICA in Brcko District BiH was founded by the Local Business Initiatives Foundation Brcko District BiH and Ljubljana School of Business Slovenia.

Dear students and parents,
In each society all higher education institutions are academic communities of the free individuals - teachers, researchers and student and they are the most progressive part of the society. The aim of College of Computer Science and Business Communications eMPIRICA is demonstration of human power, potential and vision based on preconceived, educational, scientific, research based and global principles. We are trying to increase competitiveness in the environment by linking business with science and education through acquirement of IT knowledge and skills.
Dual Slovenian-BiH degree, scientific knowledge and skills, as well as education in the field of acknowledged industry certification will enable our graduates to choose an employment in BiH, regional countries, EU countries and worldwide.
We educate students for the most sought after occupations in the job market. 90% of our graduates are employed in the profession, a significant number of them are employed by IT companies where they have conducted industrial practice, and also a significant number of them work for foreign IT companies. Some of our graduates continued their second cycle studies.
Price List- Tuition that Covers all Studies Expenses
Dear students, so as to make your studies more financially affordable, keeping a high level of quality we have devised a scholarship that covers all your expenses during the studies: classes, e-materials, office hours, counselling, web services, exams (Bologna), creation and defence of your diploma paper.
For each of our student we have enabled and additional Microsoft DreamSpark development tool package, free of charge.
Within the tuition, and integrated into our curriculum, all our Engineering Informatics students attend four semesters in Cisco Networking Academy, free of charge- we grant you 2000 BAM, which is the price of attending Cisco Academy programme on the market. Through this specialised education you will be trained to take an exam for Cisco industrial certificate, one of the most prestigious certificates in the field of networking technologies in the world.
For our Business Informatics students who opt for studies that will bring them dual diploma we enable the acquirement of the second diploma with minimal expenses of their administrative management at Visoka šola za poslovne vede from Ljubljana throughout all three years of studying, which amounts to €290. If upon enrolment in the study programme Business Informatics a candidate opt out of dual diploma programme (only eMPIRICA College diploma) they don’t pay for additional €290. For our first generation of Business Informatics students, 2012/2013, eMPIRICA College financed all the expenses.
Additional advantage “ 4 for 3”- For all our students we will enable through a contract a YEAR+, an additional year during studies in case a student fails one of the years. For this one year they are not required to pay full tuition cost, but a reduced tuition which is proportionate to the number of passed courses for the study year which is repeated.
